We’re looking for a motivated and customer‑focused team member to join our Member Contact Centre. This opportunity suits recent graduates, working parents returning to the workforce, or anyone with customer service experience who wants to move into banking.

What you’ll be doing
Supporting new and existing members with their everyday banking enquiries
Providing friendly, professional service across phone, email and online channels
Helping members navigate our digital banking tools and showing them how to make the most of self‑service options
Listening carefully to understand member needs and connecting them with the right solutions from savings and lending to insurance and superannuation
Resolving enquiries and concerns with empathy, accuracy and care
Keeping clear records and following up to ensure every member receives a seamless experience

What we’re looking for
Some experience in inbound or outbound contact‑centre roles, retail, hospitality or other customer‑facing environments




A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service
Solid communication skills and the ability to solve problems confidently
A proactive team player who enjoys learning and adapting in a fast‑paced workplace
Availability to work on a rotating weekday roster between 8:00am – 6:00pm, plus one Saturday per month (9:00am – 12:00pm)
