Clough is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the CERES construction site in Karratha, WA on a 19:9 rotation. You will provide strategic HSE leadership across the project lifecycle, driving a proactive safety culture and ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will develop and implement the HSE Management Plan, mentor the site team, manage incident investigations and audits, and oversee KPI reporting for senior leadership and the client.
