Fair Ways is recruiting for support workers in residential children’s homes. You will join a team delivering therapeutic care, helping develop independent life skills and building trusting relationships with children. Roles are full time/permanent with a rolling rota, including sleep shifts and meals with the group.
Applicants must have a full driving licence, enhanced DBS paid by Fair Ways, and the right to work in the UK. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care or equivalent is desirable.
