We are a fast-paced and growing Blue Collar labour hire and recruitment business, supporting clients across a range of industries but with a strong Trades focus. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Resourcer to join our team.

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys connecting excellent candidates with opportunity, and takes pride in delivering quality talent to support operational success. As a Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and shortlisting high-quality candidates to support our Account Manager and their clients. Working closely within a small team you will ensure we consistently deliver strong talent pipelines to meet client demand.

You will be working with Bullhorn CRM, so experience using recruitment systems and managing pipelines efficiently is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Source, attract, and engage suitable candidates across multiple industries with an emphasis on Trades.
Build and maintain strong talent pools to support ongoing labour hire demand
Work closely with Account Manager to understand client requirements
Screen candidates, conduct initial assessments, and ensure suitability




Manage candidate records and workflows within Bullhorn
Proactively headhunt and market candidates where required
Maintain a robust focus on speed, quality, and compliance

About You
Previous experience in recruitment, labour hire, or a resourcing role - working within the Trades space would be ideal.
Confident using ATS systems (Bullhorn experience highly regarded)
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a quick-paced environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail with strong organisational ability
Ability to work collaboratively within a small team
Drive, have your own transport and maintain a full driver's licence
Ability to travel if needed
