About the role
Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.
Four positions available
- Full Time - 38 hours Sunday to Thursday roster
Part Time - 20 hours Mon, Wed, Thurs, Sun roster
Part Time - 15 hours Mon, Fri, Sat roster
Part Time - 18.5 hours Tues, Wed, Thurs roster

About you
Acts with customer in mind.
Ready to work in a busy and rapid-paced setting.
Self-motivated and ready to learn.
Strong communication skills.
Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
