The Role

As Head of Construction, you will lead the construction arm of the business ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Reporting to the Owner, you will oversee project delivery from feasibility through to handover while developing high‑performing site teams and maintaining exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all construction operations across multiple luxury residential projects.
Drive project performance across safety, quality, program, budget, and client satisfaction.
Mentor, develop, and manage Site Managers, Project Managers, and construction teams.
Implement and continuously improve construction systems, processes, and quality assurance.
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and productivity to maximise profitability.




Build robust relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, building codes, and company standards.
Manage project risk, resolve construction challenges, and support successful project outcomes.
Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

About You
10+ years' experience in residential construction, including senior leadership roles.
Proven experience delivering high-end custom homes or luxury residential projects.
Solid leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
Excellent commercial, contractual, and financial management capability.
Extensive knowledge of Australian building regulations and WHS requirements.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused leader with a passion for quality craftsmanship.
