About the Role

Mounties Care Mobility & Independence is seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our close‑knit team on a full‑time basis at our retail store in Burpengary, QLD.

As a Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional service and comprehensive information about our products, exceeding customer expectations and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and pursue individual and company objectives.




Offer outstanding customer service and uphold high‑level standards.
Assist with day‑to‑day retail store operations.
Process rental and return transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle phone enquiries, emails and intranet leads.
Manage deliveries and pickups, stock control and replenishment on the shop floor.
Maintain professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications
Prior retail and sales experience.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
Positive, can‑do attitude and enthusiasm for all duties.
Experience in rapid‑paced environments and ability to anticipate and exceed customer expectations.
Solid attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Prepared for a National Police Check.
