Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist for Hervey Bay and Maryborough locations. This onsite role includes greeting clients, managing reception, booking appointments, processing claims and data entry.

It involves assisting clinicians, handling diverse client needs and performing minor hearing aid tasks. The position is permanent part‑time (~20 hours/week) with a two‑week full time training period and adaptable days within a 5 day fortnight.
