Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a Social Worker (Grade 1 or Grade 2) to join our growing team on a full time or part time ongoing basis at our regional hospital in Victoria. You will deliver person-centred, trauma-informed social work services, conduct psychosocial assessments, provide counselling and discharge planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support secure transitions of care.

Grade 2 staff may mentor students and junior colleagues.
