The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior People & Culture Manager to join our People Team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is a trusted advisor to senior leaders and plays a key role in shaping culture, driving organisational performance and supporting our people strategy.
You'll have the opportunity to influence business outcomes, lead strategic HR initiatives and provide expert advice across a broad range of people matters within a growing and purpose-driven organisation
What you’ll be doing?
- Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic and operational people advice across the employee lifecycle.
- Coach and support leaders on workforce planning, talent management, performance and employee engagement.
- Lead complex employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances and workplace investigations.
- Provide expert advice on employment legislation, workplace risk and compliance.
- Own and lead key People & Culture portfolios such as employee relations, remuneration, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, HR operations or culture initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic projects including organisational change, culture, engagement and organisational development initiatives.
What we are looking for
- Significant experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist position.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law and employee relations.
- Experience managing complex performance, conduct and grievance matters.
- A proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgement with a pragmatic,
solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.
