What You’ll Do

You’ll be the trusted advisor in our customer journey — the person who turns a great experience into an exceptional one.

- Build genuine rapport with guests and create a seamless, enjoyable finance experience

- Confidently present finance and insurance solutions tailored to individual needs

- Work closely with the sales team to uncover opportunities and maximise every interaction

- Liaise with lenders to secure approvals and deliver outcomes quickly

- Ensure every deal is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and compliance

- Be a visible leader in the showroom — setting the standard for energy, attitude,



and service

What You Bring

- Proven experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance

- Strong understanding of lending, compliance, and industry regulations

- Current relevant accreditations

- The ability to balance performance with exceptional customer care
