Are you highly organised, detail oriented and looking to start your career in retail? We are currently seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to join our growing team at Chempro Head Office.

About the Role

Working within our merchandise Team, you will provide administrative and coordination support across a range of product categories & catalogue coordination. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organisation, working with data, and supporting a busy team.

You will gain exposure to product ranging, promotions, catalogue and supplier coordination, making this a fantastic stepping stone into a long term career in retail.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the merchandise team

- Assist with maintaining product and supplier information

- Support catalogue and promotional processes

- Update spreadsheets, reports and internal systems





- Assist with product ranging and planogram administration

- Liaise with internal teams including marketing and operations

- Coordinate supplier documentation

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn.

You may be:

- A recent graduate or looking for your first office role

- Currently working in retail or pharmacy and wanting to move into head office

- Someone who enjoys working with data, organisation and processes

Key skills include:

- Strong attention to detail

- Good organisation and time management

- Intermediate microsoft excel & computer skills

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
