Mamma G’s is a new deli and café opening soon in Coolangatta, operated by the award‑winning Gambaro Group. We’re seeking hands‑on supervisors who lead from the floor, keep service humming and build a positive team culture.

We’re hiring: Café Supervisor and Deli Supervisor.

Café Supervisor

· Lead shifts on the floor during busy breakfast and lunch

· Support and motivate baristas and all‑rounders

· Jump in wherever needed – coffee, service, POS, running food

· Help keep standards, workflow and basic costs on track

· Strong café/hospitality experience, calm under pressure, outstanding communicator and natural team leader.

Deli Supervisor

· Lead the deli team and oversee service and presentation





· Manage slicing and display of cured meats and specialty cheeses

· Keep deli displays stocked, attractive and food‑safe

· Assist with ordering, stock rotation and waste control

· Solid deli/fresh food experience, confident with slicers, detail‑focused and guest‑oriented.

All successful applicants must be willing to learn and work across different stations (coffee, service and deli) over time.
