We're looking for an energetic, organised and creative Arts & Culture Engagement Lead to join our passionate Arts & Culture team.

This is more than a communications role. You'll be at the heart of one of Victoria's most vibrant creative communities—working across exhibitions, festivals, public art, cultural programs and events that inspire, connect and celebrate our community.

About the Role

Reporting to the Team Leader – Arts and Culture, this role coordinates the planning,



delivery and promotion of arts and cultural programs, exhibitions and events, with a solid focus on audience engagement and community connection.

You’ll be the key connector between our Arts & Culture team, Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery, artists, creatives and our Communications team.

No two days are the same. One day you might be engaging with key stakeholders on an exhibition launch, the next developing digital content, working with artists, managing publications, organising marketing assets or helping deliver one of our many arts and cultural events/programs.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our stories reach the right audiences and our programs have the greatest possible impact.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in arts, events, communications or related fields
- Loves arts, culture and community.
- Is an exceptional organiser who can juggle multiple projects.
- Writes engaging content and understands great storytelling.
- Builds genuine relationships with artists, creatives and stakeholders.
- Enjoys collaborating across teams.
- Has experience coordinating events, exhibitions, marketing or cultural programs.
- Understands digital communications, social media and audience engagement.
- Brings energy, initiative and plenty of ideas.
