An opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer to take on a senior technical and leadership role within a well‑established, multi‑disciplinary consultancy.

The role focuses on design leadership, technical skills and direct client engagement.

Lead project teams, oversee complex structural design work, and act as a key contact.

Role Overview

- Lead and coordinate structural design across multiple projects
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to engineering teams
- Manage interfaces with clients, architects, and other consultants
- Contribute to planning, resourcing, and delivery of projects
- Support development of the team and broader business capability

Projects

- High‑rise commercial buildings (typically 18–40+ storeys)
- Complex commercial and mixed‑use developments




- Mid‑rise residential projects
- Government and institutional buildings

About You

- Substantial experience in structural engineering consultancy
- Strong background in complex commercial structures
- Comfortable leading teams and managing technical risk
- Explicit communicator with established client‑facing experience
- Able to work with a high level of autonomy and accountability

Package

- Base salary from $166,000 to $178,000
- Performance‑based bonus
- Equity participation available
- Long‑term role with future leadership
