About the Role
As a Forklift Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and providing tailored materials handling solutions across Townsville and the surrounding region.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable forklift and materials handling solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Represent the company professionally at customer sites and industry events.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in sales (forklifts, construction equipment, automotive, industrial or capital equipment sales preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to developing new business.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Good computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
