About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Jindalee Outlet.

This is a full‑time position at 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead by example to build an inclusive, high‑performing team, driving budgets, KPIs and creating great customer experiences.
- Create a strong customer‑first setting where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service.
- Coach and develop your team through regular on‑the‑spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building.
- Execute visual merchandising in store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement.
- Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities clear to support smooth day‑to‑day running.
