About the role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Horticulture Cut Flower Farm professional to join our team at Eugalo in Oakdale NSW 2570. This is a casual role.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting with the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of a variety of cut flowers

- Maintaining the farm's greenhouses, irrigation systems, and other equipment

- Ensuring the highest standards of quality and care for our flowers

- Collaborating with the team to optimize production and efficiency

- Participating in the packing and distribution of our cut flower products

What we're looking for

- Relevant experience in horticulture, floriculture, or a similar agricultural field

- Strong practical skills in plant care, cultivation, and harvesting

- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality

- A flexible and collaborative approach to work.
