Training & Compliance Coordinator

Location: Perth

We have an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced Training & Compliance Coordinator to join our People & Culture team at our Perth Airport facility.

This role is responsible for supporting the Business and Department Managers in ensuring all employees are fully compliant, engaged, informed, and aligned through each aspect of our training and compliance requirements. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, the coordinator lives and breathes training.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily training and compliance needs across the business.
- Manage the full employee training lifecycle (inductions, check-ins, refreshers, qualifications, compliance).
- Coordinate training schedules, rooms, equipment, and trainers.
- Communicate with staff, managers, trainers, and external stakeholders.
- Send training invites, reminders, and updates.
- Deliver and support training sessions, including inductions.
- Maintain accurate training and compliance records.
- Prepare training materials and gather feedback for improvement.




- Identify training needs and assist with program development.
- Produce regular compliance reports.

Qualifications

- Available Monday–Friday (38 hours/week).
- Experience coordinating and delivering training (2+ years preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisation, record-keeping, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.
