Role Summary: Work as a key part of a collaborative account team, partnering closely with the Petstock Customer Development Manager (CDM) to build deep collective expertise across the Petstock ecosystem. In this fast‑paced, high‑potential growth role, you will contribute directly to executing omnichannel strategies that deliver sales targets, accelerate market share growth, and ultimately fill more bowls with Hill’s.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan Excellence: Act as the team’s operational anchor, managing the execution of promotional and operational plans across all Petstock digital platforms and physical storefronts.
- Team‑Based Forecasting: Work alongside the CDM, the customer, and supply chain to contribute to an accurate, cross‑functional demand forecast within ATLAS, ensuring products are always in stock online and on‑shelf.
- Omnichannel Execution Support: Drive best‑in‑class execution across internal and external teams, syncing online visibility (search, content optimisation) with brick‑and‑mortar mechanics (displays, campaigns, new product introductions).
- Frontline Field Partnership: Partner with field sales teams by translating corporate Petstock agreements into high‑impact activation toolkits, ensuring flawless 6P execution, stock pressure, and brand consistency on the ground.
- Shared Relationship Engagement: Support the CDM in engaging with customer contacts at Petstock, building long‑term relationships and aligning joint growth initiatives with customer objectives.
- Team Insights & Data Curiosity: Analyse portal scan data, digital trends, Tableau, and Profitero,



providing actionable insights on shopper behaviour and assisting the CDM with P&L; data analysis to optimise performance.
- Commercial Support & Ownership: Own key commercial activities, managing promotional submissions, trade spend accruals, ROI margin calculations, and inventory clearance strategies for obsolete or short‑dated stock.

Qualifications

- Omnichannel thinker: Understand how online retail dynamics and physical storefront execution create a seamless shopper conversion experience.

- Relationship builder: Passionate about building trusted partnerships with internal cross‑functional squads and external customer stakeholders to unlock sustainable growth.
- Collaborative partner: Comfortable managing in a fast‑paced environment, linking CD, marketing, and supply chain to build strong customer plans.
- Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years of sales, retail support, or category management experience; highly analytical with strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.
