Role Overview

Right now, a significant share of the administrative and coordination workload in our Quality team sits on top of their core job including keeping our sites safe, compliant and audit-ready. It’s a lot to carry and it means valuable time is split between the floor and the desk.

We’re creating a new Quality Operations Coordinator role to better support the team. You’ll take ownership of the administrative, data and documentation of our Quality function.

This role suits someone who finds genuine satisfaction in precision, structure and follow-through, and who wants their attention to detail to directly protect product quality and food safety.

About The Role

Report to the Head of Quality, you’ll take ownership of the administrative, data and documentation of our QA function, with a mix of daily, weekly and monthly priorities. Day to day, you can expect to:

- Manage customer complaint allocation and issue Finished Product Certificates of Analysis (CoA) twice daily




- Review documentation to release ingredient test orders at receival and manage quarantine/release decisions
- Coordinate supplier management activities, including certifications, questionnaires and business registrations
- Maintain ingredient documentation, including MRLs, CoAs and supplier PIF reviews
- Track Halal and Kosher certification across our ingredient range, including renewals and portal updates
- Prepare GMP trending reviews and verify that audits, GMP checks, product testing, NCRs, CAPAs and calibration registers are complete and up to date
- Follow up and verify 3PL dispatch temperature records
- Support internal audits and in office GMP walks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

This role will suit someone who has worked in food manufacturing before and understands why quality documentation and compliance can never be treated as an afterthought. You’ll bring:

- Experience in a Quality Assurance, QA administration, or compliance role within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety compliance frameworks
- Ability to manage structured documentation such as NCRs, CAPAs, CoAs, and supplier records
- Solid organisational skills and the discipline to manage recurring daily, weekl,



and monthly deadlines without things slipping
- Clear, professional written communication for customer complaint investigations and supplier correspondence

- Are comfortable working across systems (we use Business Central) to extract, review, and maintain accurate data
- Like a collaborative approach, as you’ll work closely with Quality team members, Production, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams

Bonus Points:

- Experience with Halal or Kosher certification processes
- Exposure to supplier audits or supplier quality management
- Familiarity with Business Central or a similar ERP/quality system
