We're looking for an experiencedCRM Specialistto join our team and play a key role in shaping and delivering our customer engagement strategy across both Cue and Veronika Maine.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Head of Digital, CX and Loyalty you'll own the execution and optimisation of our omni-channel CRM strategy, helping to grow customer engagement, loyalty and retention while driving online and in-store performance.

Working closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Brand, Retail and Customer Care teams, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on campaign execution, data analysis and continuous optimisation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement omni-channel CRM strategies aligned to business objectives
- Plan, build, schedule and execute all email marketing campaigns across Cue and Veronika Maine
- Manage automated customer journeys, loyalty communications and lifecycle campaigns
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement, conversion and retention
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve results
- Manage A/B testing across subject lines, creative, timing and customer journeys
- Work closely with Brand and Creative teams to optimise email content and customer experience
- Oversee CRM databases and ensure customer data integrity across both brands
- Ensure CRM activity complies with Australian and New Zealand privacy legislation
- Drive initiatives to increase customer acquisition and loyalty membership growth
- Support CRM and digital transformation projects,



including platform enhancements and website optimisation
- Maintain loyalty content across websites, including terms & conditions and customer touchpoints
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual CRM performance reporting
- Provide CRM support to stores, customer care and internal stakeholders
- Maintain CRM documentation, processes and administration, including invoice management

About You

You'll be equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns. You're analytical, organised and passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences through data‑driven marketing.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience in a CRM, Email Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing role
- Experience developing and executing customer lifecycle and retention strategies
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, email marketing and marketing automation
- Experience with customer segmentation, reporting and campaign optimisation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work across multiple business functions
- Understanding of ecommerce and digital customer journeys
- Knowledge of Australian and Recent Zealand privacy requirements relating to customer data (desirable)
- Fashion, retail or ecommerce experience will be highly regarded+
