We’re looking for a Kitchen Hand to join our brand-current family at Eden Academy Oak Park. The kitchen is where the magic starts—fuelling little bodies and big dreams with nutritious, delicious meals. This role is an integral part of our kitchen team, preparing healthy, delicious meals for children.

The position requires 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm in a modern, energy‑filled kitchen.

Responsibilities

- Support our chef in preparing healthy, delicious meals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized kitchen environment.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, team‑focused setting.
- Play a key role in supporting the health and well‑being of children through nutritious food.
- Build positive relationships with staff, families,



and children within the centre community.

Qualifications

- Food Handling Certificate.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Strong understanding of diverse dietary requirements and food sensitivities.
- Australian Working Rights.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday.
