About the Role

As a Senior Commercial Management Accountant, you will manage a portfolio of CFO Services clients and deliver high-quality management accounting, forecasting, budgeting and commercial advisory services. You will become a trusted adviser to clients while supporting and mentoring junior team members within the CFO Services team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing ongoing CFO Services engagements for a portfolio of clients.

- Leading budgeting, forecasting and commercial advisory projects.

- Preparing and reviewing management reports, financial statements and consolidations.

- Presenting financial information and commercial insights to clients.

- Building strong, long-term client relationships and managing client expectations.

- Supporting system implementations and process improvements.

- Reviewing reports and deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.

- Coordinating workflow and helping deliver projects on time.

- Mentoring and developing junior team members.

- Identifying opportunities to provide additional value and advisory services to clients.

About You





You are more than a technically capable accountant—you are a trusted adviser with strong commercial acumen and an ability to communicate financial information in a practical and meaningful way.

You will ideally have:

- CA or CPA qualification.

- Significant experience in management accounting, commercial accounting or CFO-style advisory roles.

- Strong analytical and technical accounting skills.

- Experience managing client-facing advisory engagements.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong IT skills

- The ability to manage multiple clients, projects and deadlines.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- A professional, ethical and trustworthy approach.

- A genuine desire to support and mentor developing team members.
