The Opportunity

Ready to become a Mini Monstars Music & Sensory Coach?

We're looking for energetic, reliable and engaging individuals to deliver our signature play-based Music and Sensory programs for children aged 0–5 years in early learning centres.

Using our pre-written, proven sessions, you'll bring learning to life through music, movement, sensory exploration, instruments, storytelling and imaginative play, helping little learners build confidence, creativity, curiosity and essential developmental skills.

What Your Day Looks Like

- Deliver fun, interactive Music and Sensory sessions (30–45 minutes)
- Lead groups of up to 20 children through structured, play-based activities
- Facilitate singing, movement, sensory experiences, instrument play and imaginative exploration
- Create a safe, inclusive and positive learning setting
- Encourage participation, creativity and confidence in every child
- Work closely with educators to support each group
- Shifts run mornings through early afternoons (Monday–Friday only)
- Perfect for school hours or around your university schedule

What You'll Bring

- Confident leading and engaging groups of young children
- Comfortable singing, demonstrating activities and facilitating sensory play
- Enthusiastic, expressive and not afraid to be a little silly
- Passion for early childhood development and learning through play

Safety First

- Strong awareness of supervision and safe group management
- Ability to adapt activities to suit different developmental stages and needs
- Understanding of safe sensory play practices

Inclusive Approach

- Support children of all confidence and ability levels
- Encourage participation through creativity, positive reinforcement and engagement
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for every child

Team & Communication

- Build positive relationships with centre teams and educators




- Work independently while staying connected to our coaching team
- Reliable, professional and organised

Requirements

- Current Employee Working With Children Check
- Experience working with children, particularly ages 0–5 years
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (travel between centres required)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Understanding of EYLF and NQS frameworks (desirable)
