The Role

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Officer to join our Bibra Lake team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships and being an integral part of a busy branch. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Your day will include assisting customers, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with our warehouse and production teams, and providing general administrative support. No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment where they can make a genuine impact.

Working closely with an experienced Branch Manager and supportive team, you'll be trusted to take ownership of your work while developing your skills within a well-established WA business.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver friendly, professional customer service by phone, email and in person

- Prepare quotations, process orders and generate invoices





- Build strong relationships with customers and provide product support

- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are delivered efficiently

- Provide hands-on support across the branch, including picking and packing stock when required

- Assist with general office administration and branch operations

- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

- Help ensure the branch operates smoothly each day

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, is organised and takes pride in delivering great customer service.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Experience in customer service, internal sales, administration or a similar office-based role

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

- Intermediate to advanced computer skills

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

- Experience with quoting, order processing and invoicing (highly regarded)

- Current forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one (desirable but not essential)
