HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with a respected law firm to appoint a Commercial Litigation Lawyer (3+ PAE) into its growing Gold Coast litigation practice.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a litigation lawyer seeking high-quality commercial disputes work without the hierarchy of a larger firm. You'll enjoy direct access to senior practitioners, broad client exposure and the opportunity to play a key role in a growing boutique practice.
The role
Working closely with experienced litigators, you'll advise clients across matters including:

- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Property and leasing litigation
- Building and construction disputes
- Insolvency and debt recovery
- Director and company disputes
- Alternative dispute resolution and mediation
- Supreme and District Court proceedings




- Commercial negotiations and strategic dispute resolution

You'll manage your own matters while collaborating on larger and more complex disputes, providing practical, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base.
About you
You'll ideally have:

- 3+ years' post-admission experience in Commercial Litigation
- Strong drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills
- Experience managing litigation matters with an appropriate level of autonomy
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Commercial judgement and strategic thinking
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach

Candidates from boutique, mid-tier or national firms with commercial litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
