A brand-new retail destination is coming to Wagga Wagga, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused people to join our founding team.
We’re currently recruiting for a range of positions, including:
• Casual Retail Team Members
• Permanent Part-Time Retail Assistants
• Full-Time Retail Assistants
• Assistant Manager
• Store Manager
This is an exciting prospect to be part of a new store from day one, helping create an exceptional customer experience and a positive team culture.
About the Role
Depending on your position, your responsibilities may include:
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Merchandising and maintaining an inviting store presentation.
• Processing sales and assisting customers with product enquiries.
• Receiving and replenishing stock.
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
• Supporting day-to-day store operations.
• Contributing ideas to help grow the business.
• Assisting with the store’s social media and online presence, including creating engaging content and interacting with our online community.
• For leadership roles: coaching and motivating the team, rostering,
achieving sales targets and overseeing daily operations.
About You
We’re looking for people who:
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
• Are reliable, motivated and take pride in their work.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Enjoy working in a rapid-paced retail environment.
• Are confident using social media platforms or are eager to learn.
• Can work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
Retail experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you have the right attitude, a willingness to learn and enjoy delivering great customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
