About You

You are an accomplished sales professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst building genuine, long-term client relationships.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience within luxury retail, jewellery, watches, cosmetics or a high-end customer service environment
- Outstanding personal presentation and polished communication skills




- A genuine passion for luxury jewellery and client service
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to confidently achieve and exceed sales results
- Robust relationship-building skills with a focus on creating loyal repeat clientele
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
