About the Company

Enviromac Projects is a specialist provider of equipment and services within the water and wastewater industry. We work with mining, oil & gas, utilities and other industrial clients to deliver reliable water infrastructure solutions.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Service/ Spare Parts Coordinator to support our expanding service team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will assist with supporting the day-to-day operation of our service division and coordinating spare parts.

This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys both administration and hands-on warehouse work.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing spare parts quotations and proposals

- Procurement of spare parts and components

- Coordinate with external logistics providers to manage and schedule pickups and deliveries.

- Assist with mobilising site team on a variety of sites

- Maintaining stock levels and inventory records

- Assisting with general office duties

- Coordinating with suppliers,



technicians and the service team

- Ensuring parts and equipment are organised and available for service work

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in spare parts coordination

- Exposure to water industry equipment or mechanical parts (preferred)

- Familiar with mobilisation process

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

- Basic computer skills for procurement and inventory tracking

- A reliable, proactive and team-focused approach

- Australian work rights required for this position
