About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and guest-obsessed Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely service-minded and takes pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences from the moment of arrival to departure.

Working closely with the Front Office and wider hotel team, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional, personalised guest service at all times

- Manage smooth check-ins and check-outs

- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care





- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable moments

- Provide local recommendations and hotel information

- Process reservations, payments, and guest details accurately

- Communicate effectively with all hotel departments

About You

- Experience in front office or customer service preferred

- Genuinely service-driven and guest-obsessed

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Calm, organised, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment

- A team player with a proactive attitude

- Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
