Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual Spa Therapist to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Spa Therapist you will perform qualified spa and beauty treatments with care in this idyllic setting, featuring 8 spacious treatment rooms and 4 couple suites, all with tropical courtyard views, to set up the guest experience for success.

What Will You Do?

- Provide 5‑star guest experiences, performing treatments including facials, full body massage, and body treatments,



exclusively using our Australian product partner iKou’s organic products and treatments
- Create bespoke and unforgettable guest experiences within a supportive and collaborative team
- Adhere to spa processes and procedures
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge on products and treatments available, making recommendations to guests to meet their needs
- Be knowledgeable about upselling our products

More About You

- Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage
- Experience in a 5‑star spa setting is beneficial
- Recent experience in a Beauty Therapy or Massage position
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Available to work over a 7‑day roster including weekends and public holidays
