- Leading Food & Beverage operations during your shift across all outlets.
- Creating exceptional guest experiences that keep people coming back.
- Coaching and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service.
- Supporting conferences, events and busy service periods.
- Driving service standards, operational excellence and team engagement.





What you'll bring

- Leadership experience in hotels, restaurants or premium hospitality venues.
- A passion for people, service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- The ability to stay calm, organised and positive in a high-energy environment.
- Current RSA.
