The Opportunity:
Due to growth across the business and our expanding New Employer Division, we currently have a new opportunity for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant looking for the next step in their career and moving into Leadership.
Full induction, training, and buddy system provided to set you up for success. Including weekly and monthly team meetings targeted at developing your exposure to different psychometrics assessments and interventions.
In your new role you will manage a team of both experienced and new starter consultants to support the growth and development of your team.
You will receive support from both a Regional Manager and a Divisional Manager to maintain high-quality standards within your team.
We provide ongoing training to meet evolving customer expectations and ensure successful return-to-work outcomes.
Looking after a team of rehab consultants, your day will include:
- Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to consultants to enhance their skills and industry knowledge
- Monitor individual and team KPIs to ensure targets are met consistently
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and checking billings
- Conduct regular reviews of consultants’ portfolios and strategies to ensure positive outcome
- Hold structured one-on-one meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and development goals with each member of your team on a monthly basis
- Manage a small caseload to keep up to date with market changes and customer expectations

About You
- Associate or Full membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor OR AHPRA as a Psychologist
- Previous experience working in occupational rehab
- Car and valid Driver’s license
- Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work in autonomously and as part of a team
