Overview

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the Learning Solutions & Services Department. The Learning Solutions & Services Department is responsible for delivering and continuously enhancing enterprise learning technologies that support Saudi Aramco’s corporate learning. The department manages the organization’s learning platforms, digital learning services, and technology-enabled learning solutions to provide an integrated, scalable, and learner-centric experience. Your primary role is to analyze, design, integrate, and continuously improve enterprise learning systems. You will serve as the technical bridge between business requirements and technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration across learning platforms, applications, and future digital learning initiatives via reliable, secure, and scalable learning services.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions supporting enterprise learning systems.
- Design, assess, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Learning, enterprise applications, and other internal and external systems.
- Lead technical analysis for recent learning technologies to ensure compatibility with the existing enterprise learning architecture.
- Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of mobile learning solutions, including required backend integrations and system interfaces.
- Assess academic and corporate Learning Management Systems, including Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, and similar platforms, to determine meeting business needs and integration requirements.
- Enhance and maintain corporate learning systems, including SuccessFactors Learning Managements System and Job Certification.
- Evaluate emerging learning technologies and recommend improvements that enhance learner experience, system performance, and operational efficiency.




- Lead AI enablement within learning systems.

Minimum requirements

- You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, or another related discipline from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.
- You will have 8 years of experience in enterprise business systems, learning technologies, or Human Capital Management solutions.
- You will have strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or comparable enterprise Learning Management Systems.
- You will have experience designing and supporting system integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, or integration platforms.
- Experience with academic Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard, Canvas, or Moodle is preferred.
- You will have experience supporting mobile applications and digital learning platforms.
- You will have hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies, including Generative AI applications and enterprise AI integration.
- You will have proven experience in developing, configuring, or integrating Artificial Intelligence solutions using enterprise AI platforms, machine learning tools, or large language model technologies.
- You will have proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as SQL, Python, or equivalent technologies, to support system integration, automation, and data analysis.
- You will have knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and information security requirements related to enterprise applications, cloud services, and data privacy.
- You will have experience using data analytics and business intelligence tools to analyze system performance, user adoption, and operational metrics to support business decision-making.
- Professional certifications in cloud technologies, enterprise applications, or project management are preferred, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, SAP SuccessFactors, or Project Management Professional (PMP).
