Key Responsibilities
- Promote and demonstrate Dorel products within major retail stores.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice to consumers.
- Support strong in-store merchandising and product presentation.
- Educate retail staff on product features, advantages and competitive advantages.
- Build positive relationships with store teams to maximise brand visibility and sales.
- Work independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer engagement.
About You
- Passionate about customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
- Reliable, professional and self-motivated.
- Confident working autonomously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and approachable.
- Available to work weekends and public holidays as required.
- Previous retail,
sales or promotional experience is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of baby or nursery products is advantageous but not essential.
