Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our company. The Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities





Join our supportive and experienced team. You will:

- Perform weekly cash checks
- Verify invoice accuracy based on auditing procedures
- Assist in management report preparation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Aid in payroll processing, if necessary
- Maintain historical records
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Support the team with ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

- Mandarin fluency is advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or studying towards)
- Relevant bookkeeping or finance qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under competing deadlines and demands
- Capability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
