About you
You are organised, positive, and passionate about delivering high quality early learning experiences.
You enjoy leading by example and supporting educators within your room.
You bring:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
- Previous experience as a Lead Educator or Room Leader
- Strong understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Experience with programming, observations, and documentation
- Ability to lead, support, and mentor educators
- Solid communication and relationship building skills
- Reliable and team focused attitude
About the role
As Room Leader, you will:
- Lead the day to day operations of your room
- Implement engaging learning programs aligned with EYLF
- Support and mentor educators within your team
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Ensure compliance with centre policies and quality standards
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
