Little Feet Early Learning & Childcare Double Bay is a purpose-built Centre with a contemporary kitchen. We are seeking a PT cook to join our team. Must be available for shifts Monday to Friday either 7.30am - 2pm OR 8am - 2.30pm (30 hours per week). September start date, this is a mat leave position until approx. April 2027.

Our 52-place Centre is spread across three classrooms (Nursery, Toddler and Preschool).

We are focused on creating a positive, open, and honest environment for all our staff and recognise that our team is key in providing a quality care to our children.

The Centre is close to Edgecliff station

Your Role

- Your duties will include preparing morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, late snack for the children
- Ensuring that the meals prepared meet the special dietary needs of the children with allergies & cultural preferences.
- Ensure safe and hygienic storage, handling and preparation of food and drinks.

You will need:

- Relevant qualification in hospitality/nutrition/safe food handling (can be flexible)
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable- Childcare Centre, Aged Care or similar environment
- Working with Children Check
- Experience in Menu Planning (preference)
- Experience in providing Allergy Safe Food
