Your Responsibilities Will Include Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the showroom

Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets

Delivering an exceptional customer experience

Supporting inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising

Driving promotional activities and sales initiatives

Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the store

Building strong relationships with customers and the local community About You You'll be a passionate retail leader who enjoys developing people and achieving results. You'll Bring Previous experience in a retail leadership role,
