An investment platform is seeking to appoint an Associate or Vice President to its Private Capital team. With a mandate to support a wide range of sectors through flexible capital solutions, the team provides non-dilutive financing and tailored debt structures to mid-market and growth-stage companies. This appointment reflects the platform’s growing pipeline and commitment to expanding its investment capabilities.

The role will see you involved in transaction execution from origination through to structuring and completion,



while working closely with senior investment leaders and external stakeholders. You will also contribute to portfolio management, monitoring and supporting the long-term success of invested businesses.

The ideal candidate will bring 3-6 years (Associate) 6-10 years (VP) of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, M&A;, or equity investing gained within an investment or commercial bank, private capital platform, or consulting firm. Robust technical and commercial capability, alongside the ability to manage complex transactions with multiple stakeholders, will be essential.
