Billing and Collections Officer – Private Practice, Permanent part‑time position (15 hours per week).

Location: Mount Waverley office.

Responsibilities - Invoice processing, billing and claiming for a variety of services.

- Following up outstanding debts.
- Debt management of claim rejections.
- Reporting of aged debts and doubtful debts.
- Collaboration and problem‑solving with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaising with Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and Private Health Funds.

Qualifications - Relevant medical billing and debt collection experience.

- Accounts receivable experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with MS Office and WebPas.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
