The Opportunity

As an Associate Director / Manager, you will:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of established clients across Business Services & Tax.
- Review complex compliance and advisory work prepared by the team.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching and mentoring to accountants.
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with the Directors on strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Gradually transition into managing an established client base from a retiring senior leader.

About You





You'll ideally bring

- CA or CPA qualification.
- 8+ years' experience within Australian Public Practice.
- Previous experience managing client portfolios and reviewing work.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- A proactive approach with a genuine interest in helping develop both clients and staff.
- Experience delivering tax planning, business advisory and strategic accounting solutions. What's On Offer - Salary package of $150,000 - $170,000 (dependent on experience).
