About the role This is a pivotal Deputy CFO role with an industry-leading Infrastructure organisation based in the heart of the Sydney CBD. This is a newly-created position that will initially commence as a 6 month contract however has the genuine opportunity for extension and / or permanency. TheResponsibilities - Lead and develop high-performing teams across Finance and broader corporate functions; fostering a team-oriented, accountable and commercially-focused culture.

- Partner closely with leadership across mutliple functions to drive cross-functional outcomes and support strategic business priorities.
- Provide commercial leadership on major investment decisions, business cases, customer engagements, contracts and leasing arrangements,



ensuring strong shareholder value creation.
- Oversee financial control, governance, cash flow, working capital and financing arrangements, ensuring robust controls and effective risk management.
- Contribute to executive decision-making by providing strategic financial insight, balancing commercial opportunities with operational realities and long-term business performance. About the Client Our client is an industry-leading organisation in their sector. Proven work experience across Infrastructure / Logistics / Transport will be considered advantageous.
