The Opportunity

We are seeking a confident, supportive and highly competent Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive quality outcomes for children, families and educators.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all operational, staffing and compliance requirements




- Lead educators and nurture a positive team culture
- Maintain strong relationships with families and the community
- Ensure centre readiness for Assessment & Rating
- Embed EYLF and Child Safe Standards
- Support high-quality learning environments and documentation practices

About You

- Experienced Centre Director or senior early childhood leader
- Diploma qualified or Bachelor in Early Childhood (ACECQA-approved)
- Strong knowledge of NQS, NQF and regulatory compliance
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- A warm, inclusive leader with a commitment to child safety
