About the Role

As Estate & Hospitality Operators, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of Vaucluse Estate. You'll oversee our luxury accommodation, weddings, events and guest experiences while ensuring the estate is presented to an exceptional standard.

This is a hands-on position.

In the early stages, you'll be involved in everything from welcoming guests and coordinating weddings to maintaining gardens, overseeing contractors, improving systems and preparing the property for the next event.

We're looking for people who enjoy variety, take initiative and understand that creating exceptional experiences often comes from doing the little things exceptionally well.

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality & Guest Experience





- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across accommodation and events
- Welcome guests and provide personalised service
- Manage bookings, enquiries and guest communications
- Ensure accommodation is presented to premium standards

Weddings & Events

- Coordinate weddings, private functions and corporate retreats
- Conduct venue inspections and assist in converting enquiries into bookings
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors
- Ensure every event is delivered professionally and seamlessly

Estate Operations

- Maintain the presentation of the estate, gardens and grounds
- Coordinate maintenance and improvement projects
- Oversee contractors and service providers
- Manage irrigation, property presentation and day-to-day operational requirements

Business Growth

- Help grow accommodation occupancy and events revenue
- Build relationships with wedding planners, tourism partners and local businesses
- Contribute ideas that enhance the guest experience and strengthen the business
- Develop systems and processes that support future growth

About You

We're looking for an adaptable, energetic couple who complement each other's strengths.

- Wedding or event venues
