We are seeking a front of house all-rounder with strong barista experience to join our team.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for
- Preparing espresso coffee and texturing milk to a consistently high standard (training provided)
- Learning and applying our house coffee style
- Delivering exceptional customer service with warmth, kindness and clear communication
- Welcoming guests, sharing daily specials, answering questions, and processing orders and payments
- Supporting the team across front of house, including floor staff shifts or working the smoothie section
- Taking orders at the till in a warm and friendly manner.
- Maintaining a positive team environment and being open to both giving and receiving feedback
- Assisting with cleaning, restocking, stock control and basic inventory tasks
- Supporting stock ordering when required
- Adhering to all food safety and quality standards
Essential criteria
- A positive, can-do attitude aligned with our values: kindness, initiative, positivity and transparent communication
- Ability to take ownership of your role and work proactively
- Weekend availability
- At least one year of barista experience in both espresso and milk
