About the role

Grassroots Landscaping & Maintenance services quality residential and commercial properties throughout Melbourne’s inner south-east. We are looking for reliable and hardworking people who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in their work.

The position could suit an experienced gardener or landscaper seeking two to five consistent weekdays. It could also suit an enthusiastic developing team member looking to build their practical skills.

Your work will include

- Lawn mowing, edging and garden maintenance
- Weeding, mulching and planting
- Hedge trimming and general pruning
- Garden clean-ups and green-waste removal
- Turf installation and garden-bed preparation
- Basic edging, steppers and pathways
- Minor irrigation work
- Simple landscaping and garden improvements
- Job photographs and equipment care

Experienced applicants may also independently manage maintenance rounds and coordinate a small team.

About you

- Reliable, punctual and physically capable




- Proud of producing quality work
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Gardening or landscaping experience is valued but not essential
- Comfortable using common garden tools and machinery
- Current driver’s licence required, with a manual licence preferred

Formal qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
