About the role

We are seeking a General Hand/Factory Hand to join our production team on a full-time basis at our facility in Warana, QLD 4575. In this role, you will play a vital part in our manufacturing operations, supporting the assembly and process work that forms the backbone of our business. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, reliability and a commitment to maintaining safe working practices.

You will work as part of a collaborative team environment, contributing directly to the delivery of our products to clients.

Key responsibilities

1. Assisting with assembly and process work according to production schedules and specifications

2. Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision

3. Preparing materials and components for production processes

4. Packaging and labelling finished products in compliance with quality standards

5. Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including housekeeping and waste management

6. Following all health and safety procedures and protocols at all times

7. Reporting any faults, defects or safety concerns to supervisory staff immediately

8. Supporting other team members to ensure production targets are met

9.



Performing routine quality checks on products as directed

10. Learn all aspects of powder coating

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or factory work is highly desirable

2. Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work accurately according to specifications

3. Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

4. Reliability and punctuality, with a willingness to work flexibly as required

5. Physical fitness and capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
6. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

7. Commitment to health and safety in the workplace

8. Basic literacy and numeracy skills

9. Valid driver's licence and own transport to and from work is preferred
