Health Policy & Management — AI Content Specialist About The Role Your public health expertise is more valuable than ever — and not just in traditional settings. We're looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) professionals to help us get health right.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your knowledge of epidemiology, biostatistics, health equity, and policy directly shapes how millions of people will receive health information from AI systems.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Complex Public Health Scenarios — Create advanced, realistic challenges involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trials to stress-test AI reasoning.
Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current guidelines from authoritative sources like the CDC and WHO.
Audit AI Health Content — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for factual accuracy, bias, and adherence to ethical standards. Identify misinformation and logical gaps in the AI's reasoning.
Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured feedback to help AI models distinguish between correlation and causation, and improve how they communicate health risks to diverse populations.
Who You Are Holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH), MSPH, or closely related graduate degree
Strong foundational knowledge in at least two core areas: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy
Able to translate complex health data into clear, culturally sensitive, and actionable written content
High attention to detail when evaluating statistical significance, data citations, and health intervention logic
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
No prior AI experience required Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata
